Yes, all of our products are welcome to OEM/ODM.

It is not a problem if you do not have a set plan; a pre-consultation is welcome. First, we will present a market overview based on the data, then construct a plan, adjusting the direction based on the consultation. We always try to offer you the best plan based on the client’s brand image and strengths.

  • <5k, 100% payment need to be made in advance after the order is confirmed
  • 5k, 30% as deposit, and balance before the shipment(if want OEM need 50% deposit )

Payment terms: TT, Western Union, Paypal for small order

Only defective new items can be returned under warranty.If a new item has an issue, please submit the ticket to our Service Center.Then please follow the steps below to apply a warranty:1. Describe the issues of your item in details (what the defect is and when it happened.) And state your order number and product code (barcode number).2. Tell us what methods you have already taken to solve the issue.3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer package.4. Send us at least one clear picture or video of the defects in a bright environment.PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be focused and clear enough, and taken at a close or medium distance. We promise to do our best to solve your problem in 72 hours.

Delivery can be Express DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS etc.

  • For the delivery time:
    1-3 days for the sample order
  • 6-7 days for the neutral order
  • 15 days or so for the OEM order
